Return on Investment (ROI)

Contribution divided by Program Costs where Contribution is defined as Revenue x Margin.

Generally ROI is expressed as either a percentage (as in 112%) or as a factor (1.12x). Either way, this means that $1 invested in the program yielded $1.12 in incremental margin.
