Customer Marketing

The art and science of persuading customers to buy from you once and again.  Successful customer marketing depends on three key strategies:  acquisition, retention, and migrating customers through a product portfolio.    At your company, the customer marketing function may be called direct, database, one-to-one, loyalty, or LTV marketing.
